About Ocean Bronze Stewart and Steven Wegner are twin brothers who have combined their talents to create unique and beautiful bronze sculptures of wildlife. Their diversity in wildlife sculpture is almost as diverse as natural wildlife is itself. Stewart and Steven share a multitude of skills, interests and talents. Both are very prolific in the art field and multi-faceted in their abilities and hobbies. When the twins are not working at their foundry in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia, they will more than likely be found in their studios at home...sculpting or painting, or they'll be off pursuing their other interest in wildlife photography, or off satisfying their passion for the undersea life and scuba diving. All of these interests and life experiences are put into place when the brothers work together to create a sculpture, a work of art! Reaching within these experiences, the Wegners produce work that seems to come alive in fluidity, movement, and design - colorful, precious, fleeting moments in time that seem to captivate and stimulate the imagination.
